Consignor Info

You must have 15 acceptable items in order to participate in the Kid’s Zone sale. All consignors will receive a pass to the Sunday afternoon PreSale as well as 2 guest passes that their friends or family may use. Consignors will be admitted at 4:00pm and there guests will be admitted 1 hour later at 5:00pm. We have made this change due to popular request and to ease the crowded shopping conditions. As a consignor, you will also receive 1 pass for our Friday night 1/2 off presale. No need to get up early on Saturday morning to fight the crowd. We value our consignors!

You will receive 70% of your total sales minus a $6.00 participation fee that helps to defray the cost of space rental, printing, postage, advertising etc.…

Checks will be mailed to you within 14 days of the end of the sale. Again, unlike any of the other sales, WE are offering to send your price cards back to you at the end of the sale. An additional $2.00 will be deducted from your check if you decide to do this. Let us know at drop off.

IMPORTANT!!

To be fair to all consignors and their guests, please remember that NO children under the age of 10 will be admitted to the Sunday afternoon or Friday night presales. Infants under the age of 12 months will be allowed in front pack snugli type carriers. NO toddlers in backpacks or STROLLERS will be allowed. Children are welcome during public sale times the rest of the week. Thank you for understanding! You are welcome to bring a laundry basket or bag for ease of shopping. Some boxes will be available.

We will only be accepting FALL and WINTER clothing this time. Capri pants and short sleeves are OK, but no shorts, tanks, sundresses, Easter outfits etc... will be accepted.

Clothing MUST be brought to the sale sorted by size and sex. This will make drop off much smoother and faster for all of us. Thank you!

You DO NOT have to make an appt. to drop off your items but please remember that the LAST day to drop off (SAT.) is the BUSIEST. Due to space limitations we will only be accepting items until we are full! Come during the week if you wish to avoid much waiting. Please be patient at drop off. We will be holding this sale on ASTRO TURF and have to be EXTREMELY careful of the flooring. Expect some delays when dropping off your items.

WE HAVE A NEW LOCATION!! Due to unavailability at the Gateway Mall in August we have had to make this move. It will be a good one as it is highly visible, has ample parking and none of the construction of Cloud Springs Road! Our new location is directly behind McKays Used Bookstore at Hwy 153 and Lee Hwy. We are in the same shopping center as Americas Thrift Store. Our space used to be the old Circuit City years ago. If you get lost, look for the LARGE white cross on the hill. We are beneath it!

Please remind your friends when you give away your guest passes that they will be admitted to the Sunday pre-sale at 5:00pm. Consignors will be admitted at 4:00pm. This is to give our consignors a shopping advantage and ease the crowded shopping conditions.

Want to get your friends involved? Now you can earn BONUS BUCKS! To qualify you must be a current consignor who is referring a friend who has never consigned with us before. They must tell us YOUR name when they call to get their number. This is the only way we can keep track of referrals. You will receive $5 added to your check for every friend that participates in the sale. Spread the news!

Due to space limitations we will be enforcing item limits. Please note there is a 25 item limit on INFANT clothing under 12 months, a 10 item limit on maternity clothing, a 5 per sex item limit on shoes, and a 5 item limit on popular character stuffed animals.

We will again be accepting Visa, Mastercard and debit cards for the convenience of our customers!! Cash and good checks are always appreciated!

We have limited space for vendor tables this time. If you have a home based business and would like to set up a table please contact us from this site. First come first served. We will not have duplicate tables.

• Pick-Up of your unsold items is Sun. Aug 24th from 2:00 - 4:00pm. All items not picked up at 4:00pm will be picked up by Walker County Family Crisis Center and other charities. They are always very appreciative of your generous donations. Please remember to pick up your things if you DO NOT want them donated. A friend may pick up for you if you can’t make it yourself. Please let us know in advance.
